To increase the speed of label printing, we launched a new version of the system at the end of September 2021.

The new system removes the "print" button, just select the corresponding label link under the Product Label and Box Label columns of the corresponding order line, you can preview the label to be printed, and you can directly select it after confirming that it is correct The printer prints.

Enter the corresponding quantity, the default is the order quantity. For product labels and parts box labels, each barcode has a unique serial number, please pay attention to the start and end numbers of the order.

You will see the following interface, select the corresponding printer, Number of Copies will be automatically filled in according to the number entered in the above steps (cannot be modified).

To ensure that different suppliers, different operating systems, different browsers, and different printers can print out product and box labels in accordance with unified standards

The CLODOP printing plug-in used for label printing only supports browsers with the Google Chrome kernel. You can choose the following browsers:

Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge

Label printing function of this system Does not support any IE browser

Because the Windows XP system is too old, the new version of Google Chrome no longer supports this operating system, so the common QQ browser does not support it either.

Please use the360 browser directly,be sure to use:speed mode

Please make sure to install the latest version of the CLODOP plug-in. We will update this plug-in from time to time. You need to upgrade the plug-in every time there is a new version update (recommend to restart the computer after the upgrade).

You can check the plug-in through the link at the bottom of the website

If you see the following prompt: "C-Lodop Cloud Print is currently available!", it means that the plug-in works normally.

Please make sure that the CLODOP plug-in is turned on and running normally. You can click the following icon in the lower right corner of the Windows status bar to ensure that the program is running normally.

If it is not installed or the version is too old, you can download and install it through the download link at the bottom of the website.

The first step: Please make sure to read the above common problems and eliminate them one by one. The corresponding installation and settings have been carried out according to the recommendations.

Step 2: For questions about basic printing of labels, packaging specifications, data errors, etc., please directly contact the corresponding WAI procurement and supply chain docking person.

Step 3: Download and install the ToDeskremote assistance software, and send a screenshot of the ToDesk software operation (including the device code and temporary password) to the corresponding WAI procurement and supply chain docking person, attach the relevant screenshots of the error report, and the corresponding WeChat or The mobile phone number is convenient for WAI IT to communicate actively.

为提高标签打印的速度,我们于2021年9月底启用了新版的系统。

新系统去掉了“打印”按钮,只需要选择相应订单行的Product Label(产品标签)和Box Label(盒子标签)列下相应的标签链接,就可以预览需要打印的标签,确认无误后可直接选择打印机进行打印。

为保证不同供应商、不同操作系统、不同浏览器、不同打印机都能按照统一标准打印出产品和盒子标签

标签打印所使用的CLODOP打印插件只支持Google Chrome内核的浏览器,您可以选择如下浏览器:

谷歌浏览器 Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge浏览器
360浏览器,务必使用:极速模式
QQ浏览器,务必使用:极速模式
搜狗浏览器,务必使用:极速模式

本系统标签打印功能不支持任何IE浏览器

因为Windows XP系统太老,Google Chrome的新版已经不支持此操作系统,所以常见的QQ浏览器也不支持。

请直接使用360浏览器,务必使用:极速模式

请确保安装了最新版的CLODOP插件,我们会不定期更新此插件,每次有新版本更新都需要您升级插件(建议升级后重启电脑)。

您可以通过网站底部的链接,进行插件的检测

如果看到如下提示:当前有C-Lodop云打印可用!,即代表插件工作正常。

请确保CLODOP插件已开启并正常运行,可点击Windows状态栏右下角的如下图标,确保程序正常运行中。

如未安装或版本太旧,您可以通过网站底部的下载链接进行下载安装。

第一步:请确保阅读上述常见问题,并逐一排除,已按照建议进行了相应的安装和设置。

第二步:有关标签的基本打印、包装规范、数据错误等问题,请直接联系相应的WAI采购和供应链的对接人。

第三步:下载安装ToDesk远程协助软件,并发送ToDesk软件运行的截图(包含设备代码和临时密码)给相应的WAI采购和供应链的对接人,附上相关的报错截图,以及相应的微信或手机号码方便WAI IT主动沟通。

WAI IT将在收到采购和供应链同事的转发邮件后第一时间与您取得联系。

订单或料号找不到,有很多原因,请第一时间联系相应的采购员!

可能原因如下:

1、订单修改了,未打印、批准或下达

2、账号设置未正确关联到供应商编码

3、订单下错供应商或料号基础数据(如EAN、UPCA、旗帜等)设置有问题

首先:请确认标签纸张的尺寸是否正确

其实请切换纸张时,进行打印机自动校验,特别是走纸

有些打印机可以通过打印机属性进行设置

如还有问题,建议使用Zebra斑马打印机。

请第一时间与相应的采购联系,如果涉及包装规范的变更请与供应链联系。

为提高沟通效率,请附上相应的问题截图、视频等,并附上所发生问题的相关账号、订单、料号,以及发生的场景等。
